The Human Resources Department offers services for River Rock Casino, Gaming Commission and Dry Creek Rancheria employees.
The department oversees salary, benefits, hiring, orientation, employee relations, policies, training coordination and implementation as well as records. With more than 600 employees, the Dry Creek Rancheria has become one of the largest employers in Sonoma County.
